How I think about building with AI
AI should ship inside a real product, not live in a notebook forever.
A fine-tune, an agent, or a RAG pipeline is only as good as its evaluation — measure, don't guess.
Fast delivery and production-grade code are not in tension when scope is honest.
The right answer is sometimes 'don't build this yet' — that advice is part of the service too.
